CNA School of Longview (WA) - Health Education Center
These students were in my first class. One is employed full time at a local long-term care center, after passing his state exam.

"I think the CNA School of Longview is one of the best CNA classes I ever took. Marlene is a really good teacher. She explains everything and makes sure that you get your CNA certificate no matter what. She makes sure that no one falls behind and is very smart about what she teaches."

"My name is Steve Claar.  I have been in the marketing industry for nearly 30 years.  Due to circumstances beyond my control, I became unemployed. For nearly three years I looked for work in the marketing industry, in vain, and decided I’d better look into a career change.  That’s what brought me to the CNA School of Longview.
On January 4 of 2012, I enrolled in the 6 week class to begin my entry into the Health Care Industry.  The instruction was excellent and on March 10, 2012, I took and passed the State Certification Exam.

I then began to respond to ads for CNAs and on March 13 started work at Touchmark Assisted Living Community in Vancouver as a Home Health Aid.  I have been working there ever since and plan to continue with my Health Care Education with an eye on Sports Medicine or Radiology.

My “career change” plan could not have come this far without the help, instruction, and guidance of CNA School of Longview. The only thing better than the quality of the instruction I received was the people instructing the course.

I highly recommend the CNA school of Longview

for anyone who wants to enter the Health Care industry –

It is a perfect place to start."

Hello Marlene,

Just a note to let you know I did pass the exams on Saturday. Glad it’s behind me now. Thanks so much for all your help in getting me there! It was interesting talking to some of the other candidates who didn’t have the benefit of a good school. There was one girl that I don’t think even had seen the handbook as she had to do the “Range of Motion on Leg & Ankle” and thought she had to put the leg through all possible motions. There were several similar stories so I imagine there are schools that don’t actually teach you how to pass the test. Now there is some stress! I can’t imagine a program that would have prepared me any better than yours.  Anyway, thanks again and best of luck with all your future classes.

Sincerely, RS
